We created National Research And Development Organisation(NRDO) the upliftment of society and empowerment of women who are backward in society.

As the organization grew, we also increased our aim to improve society.

First, some of the backward women of the society are trained in designing clothes from our organization to make them employable.At the end of the training they are given a certificate by us. From our e-commerce site Bong Hub, we are able to distribute their clothes all over the country. Now they are all self-sufficient.
There are many elderly people in the society who suffer from loneliness. After an age they are unaccompanied and cannot take care of themselves, we have brought ‘Sathi Care’ application to remove their loneliness.
On May 29, 2022 we conducted a career counseling program at Naihati where many students from Kolkata, Burdwan, Hooghly were present. Some professors from the society gave them correct information about what subjects they should pursue after high school and what they can do to achieve their goals and Motivate them.
nrdo organized a Model Business Summit on 17th July 2022 in which many businessmen from kolkata and students from many colleges attended.
Some successful businessmen of Kolkata tell them what kind of planning is needed to become a successful businessman.
After training the backward women of the society, we aimed to make themself-reliant . So we shoot and program their made clothes with professional models in Kolkata as well as Delhi.
Margins-2023 was organized jointly by ICDA and NRDO in Delhi to promote handicrafts of Bengal and empower backward women. On that occasion Norwegian Ambassador May Elaine Steiner was felicitated by nrdo. An MoU was signed between Icda and nrdo where it was decided to spread the clothes and goods made by the backward women of Bengal across the country and they will work together to promote the handicrafts of Bengal.
